Prefer to order by phone or fax? Escape Press will gladly accept orders via phone or FAX. Simply place the items you want in your Book Bag and proceed to the order form. Instead of filling in your credit card details, select pay by phone as your payment method. To complete your purchase by phone call us on 1-817-453-6101 or provide your contact details on the order form so we can call you.

You can also pay by check. Just select 'check' as your payment option when completing the order form. Once we have received your check at Escape Press, your goods will be dispatched.

Escape Press will collect only that information from you that is necessary for the processing of your order and for improving your shopping experience. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, telephone or FAX contact numbers, mailing address and credit card details for payment. This will allow us to process your order and notify you of order status. We save the information about products you have purchased to provide you with the best possible customer service and up to date product information.

We use your mailing address to ship orders to you and to tell you about special offers we think may be of interest to you. You should receive an email confirmation after you have completed your order.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage, follow these returns instructions. Within 14 days of receipt of your order you may return any item in its original condition with its original packaging and accessories for a full refund. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package well. Ship to the address given on the packing slip. We will process your refund once we have received the returned item in its original condition. Please note that we only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

The shipping time for your order will depend on the availability of the item you have ordered plus delivery time. We ship in stock items within 2 working days. If an item is out of stock we will let you know when you can expect to receive it. If you need something right away, we can ship express at additional cost.

You can cancel or amend an order by sending us an e-mail with your name, email address, order confirmation number together with the details of the changes you wish to make, such as altering delivery instructions or changing the colour of a requested item. Escape Press will e-mail you a note confirming the changes have been made.

We cannot amend or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

We reserve the right to change the prices on this website at our descretion. Special offers are valid while stock lasts and are subject to change without notice.
