ina Cafeo was raised on a farm in
upstate New York. She attended Rider College and went on to perform in
professional theater in New York City for 6 years. She was cast in "Roar of
The Grease Paint Smell of The Crowd" with Anthony Newley, and created the
role of Jo in the musical, "A Girl Named Jo," based on the novel "Little
Women." Ms. Cafeo has performed with numerous stock companies, touring
companies and U.S.O. as a leading lady in musical comedy. She attended
acting classes and auditioned with many of today's most famous, such as
Barbara Streisand and Liza Minelli. Some of Ms. Cafeo's favorite, performed,
roles are Molly Brown (in "The Unsinkable Molly Brown"), Louise (in "Gypsy"),
and anything else she's ever done! She loves the theater and continues to
share her gift with local communities, performing and directing at local
community theaters. Ms. Cafeo lives in Houston, Texas, with her husband, E.P.
(Manny) Cafeo. She has one daughter and a grandson. Tina Cafeo co-authored Who
Dunnit? with her husband Manny and Inabelle Bott.
